RB Capital Partners LLP was founded by Mr Roy Bachmann to source and advise on distressed debt and corporate investment opportunities. Prior to launching RB Capital Partners, he was a founding Partner of Praesidian Capital Europe LLP, a direct lending fund focused on the lower middle market mainly in the UK. 

Prior to that, Mr Bachmann was more than 10 years with Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt and London where he was most recently working in Deutsche Bank's Distressed Products Group in London and prior to that in the Leveraged Finance and M&A groups in Investment Banking.

He received a dual university degree in Business Management (Dipl.-Kfm.) from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel/Germany and an MBA from The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh/USA.
